What is continuous screw flighting?
Continuous flighting is a conveying element formed from metal strip into a continuous helix. It is not a complete powered conveyor: shaft, casing, bearings and drive require separate selection. eQUIP supplies flighting against the dimensions and application specified in your enquiry.
Continuous versus sectional screw flights
Continuous flighting has a continuous spiral form. Sectional flights consist of separately formed segments. The dimensions and manufacturing options of sectional flights are outside the scope of these tables.
Where it is used
Applications and selection
Consider continuous flights when replacing a worn spiral or preparing a new shaft assembly for tubular or U-trough conveyors. Selection for powders, granules and bulk solids depends on abrasion, corrosion conditions and the existing conveyor geometry.

Information for a quotation
Send outside diameter D, bore d or shaft diameter, pitch P, thickness and the edge where it is measured, overall length, right/left-hand helix, material grade, quantity, conveyed material and a drawing or photograph. Helix handedness and motor rotation direction are different specifications.
