eQUIP, we value the security of your personal data and process it within the framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") as described below. With this text, we aim to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal grounds, collection methods, to whom it may be transferred, and your rights.
Data Controller and Categories of Personal Data
As the Data Controller
eQUIP, the personal data we collect from you will fall into categories such as identity information, contact information, transaction security information, and other data that may be included in your messages.
Methods regarding the Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by eQUIP in written and electronic environments, based on your explicit consent or due to legal obligations. This data may be obtained via the contact form on our website, messaging channels, telephone conversations, or directly through services provided to you.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Source and Legal Reason
Your personal data is processed based on your explicit consent and under Article 5/2-f of the KVKK, which states that "processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller." Additionally, this data is collected for legal obligations and the improvement of internal company activities.
Application Procedures and Principles
You may share your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 via the communication channels listed at the bottom of this text.
Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be requested according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Rights of the Data Subject
According to Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request correction, deletion, or destruction of your data. You also have the right to question whether the processing activity is in accordance with the purpose and to learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
Our Company will respond to the following requests:
- Learning your processed personal data.
- Requesting correction of data.
- Requesting deletion or destruction.
- Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
